Good base for travelling to Windermere and exploring local places. We took a small double room and it had heating, a radio and TV with DVD player. Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

Would recommend it and would definitely return. Enjoyed Cafe Italia, it was really close to the hotel and offered nice treats...

Just a PERFECT hotel in the stunning location. Set only 200 metres away, Tapios is a wonderful place to eat nearby.

Choosing for lunch Cafe Italia, which is situated 300 metres away was a good idea. Interesting base place for discovering Windermere. Location met needs.
